Davila Kitchen Cookbook

Davila Kitchen is a warm invitation from our home to yours. As a young Haitian-American immigrant, I had a humble upbringing in the suburbs of Pennsylvania. Although our family had very little financial means, we were wealthy in laughter, love, and a passion for cooking together. I learned about my Haitian culture through cooking with my Mom, grandma, and sisters in our tiny kitchen. It’s in that context that some of my fondest childhood memories were created. As you experiment with these recipes and make them your own, please know that it’s from many years of inspiration, trial and error, that I’ve curated this e-book.
